Below is a list of services we provide. We evaluate all major aspects of the subject property including the site and drainage, fences and gates (specific to structure), foundation and slab, the central heating and cooling systems*, roof, attic and venting, electrical system, plumbing system, walls, ceilings, floors, interior and exterior doors, windows, and major built-in appliances.

We utilize a computer generated report format with digital photographs of major issues, clearly pointing out potential defects or concerns while describing the structure and its components. We do encourage our clients to attend the inspection in order to receive a complete consultation and other valuable information regarding the property. We believe that a full understanding of the report findings is vital in ensuring our clients complete satisfaction.

*The testing of heating and cooling systems may be limited based on outside temperatures.

Home Inspection

Non-invasive visual examination of the condition of a home for pre-listing, pre-purchase, and real estate transaction inspections.

Radon Inspection

We use EPA approved radon test kits, providing the utmost accuracy and timeliness (48hr exposure). Unlike other radon test kits, our electret ion chambers take two individual measurements providing a statistical average and are proven to be more accurate. The additional fee for the radon test includes lab analysis and report, from a lab with over 30 years of experience. Our Radon In Air Test Kit complies with the EPA Simultaneous Radon Standard required for real estate transactions.

Pest Inspection

Pest inspections are required for some loans in some areas to determine if there is an infestation of wood-boring insects or other pests in the home. We inspect for signs of pest presence and will make follow up recommendations if necessary.
